Summary: Ohno learns the reason why it rains.
"Satoshi! It's raining!"
I looked above, the sky is indeed pouring down. I held his hand and together we ran. I heard him laugh, as I felt the rain on my skin. I looked at him smiling tenderly at me. And I knew, he loves me.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"Ohno-san, the car is ready."
"I'll be there in a minute."
I stared brightly at the window. It's raining again. A smile crept on my face. I knew he'll be waiting for me. He loved the rain like I did. I felt a light tap on my shoulder. I turned and saw Jun. He asked me if I'm going home. I nodded and said.
"He's waiting for me."
Jun's eyes turned gloomy. I would never knew why. When he talked to me he always had that worry in his eyes. It annoyed me sometimes.
"Leader.. I was just wondering if you want to com-" I heard him say. I cut him off before he could even say anything.
"The car is waiting for me Jun. See you tomorrow." I went on my heels and left him.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"Satoshi, I'm cold."
He flung his arms on my shoulders and rested his head on my neck. Despite the cold pouring of rain, I returned the embrace and I felt the warmth we shared. He chuckled and pecked my neck. His breath warmed the patch of skin and the warmth crawled to my body.
"I think I know why it rains Satoshi."
He smiled again and snuggled close to me. I asked him why. He just chuckled.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"Oh-chan." Aiba's voice was soft and full of emotions. It's weird hearing him speak that way. He's always the chirppy Aiba, full of life! I asked him why he called. He said he just wanted to check on me. I asked him why and he said, he was just worried.
"Why are you worried? It's not like I'm not taking care of myself Aiba. He's taking care of me. Stop worrying! And tell Jun to stop asking you to check on me. Really!" And I hung up. I got up from the couch and made my way to the bedroom.
He must be sleeping now. He had work early tomorrow.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"Satoshi, do you love me?"
I looked at him. His eyes round and clear, eating my soul in the process. I brushed my fingers on his cheeks and he closed his eyes, drinking up the intimacy. I leaned froward and kissed his lips. He smiled. And I knew he knows my answer. He then whispered.
"I love you too. I'll be with you forever."
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"Satoshi!"
I froze. I turned to face the human who used my name. Nino was walking towards me. His face full of anger. His brows knitted but his eyes are kind and full of concern. I stared at him till he gripped my elbow and tugged me towards the door.
"What the heck Nino! I need to go! We're going on a date!"
Nino only snickered and continued to drag me out of the building and into his car. Jun and Aiba were already there. He opened the door and shoved me inside.
"Then it's going to be a group date Oh-chan!"
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"Satoshi, it's raining again. Let's have a walk."
He smiled, his pale face was hard to look at, but his eyes and his smile were so beautiful it melted my heart everytime he did it. I held his body and helped him stand up from his chair and went out to soak in the rain. We walked for a couple of minutes, and I asked him to take a rest. We sat on one of the benches in a play ground. He laid his head on my shoulder and his fingers intertwined with mine.
"I'm glad Satoshi doesn't have sloping shoulders." And we laughed at that.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"Where the heck are we guys!?"
I was really pissed. They kidnapped me into nowhere and Sho was waiting for me at the park! These idiots were really getting on my nerves! The sky roared and threatened to pour down. I'm worried that Sho might be alone waiting for me in the cold weather. Nino still held me by the arms and dragged me along. There were many stone hedges that seemed to poke out of nowhere. After a few minutes of struggling and dragging, we stopped in front of a family grave with a grand stone monument. Fresh flowers were all over the grave and recently lit incenses too. But what drew me was the name that was in engraved on the stone monument. I froze and choked. My vision blurred. I clenched myy hand on my chest, and it began to rain. The Kaze trio bent down and hugged me while I wailed and screamed the name of the person I held so dear.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"Satoshi. When I die, will you forget me?" Sho was whisped near his ears. His voice calm but a little apprehending.
"No. I will never forget you Sho. Never." I hugged him tighter than I did a while ago. I shivered as I felt a burning pain in my chest.
"I know you won't. But I think you should."
"I can't. I don't want to. It'll kill me!"
"You know why it rains? Because the people we love who are now in heaven are sad. The rain are their tears, falling from heaven. Seeing the people they left behind still, deep in mourning and sadness, it pains them that's why they cry Satoshi, that's why it rains."
I looked at him, and I looked at the sky. Could it be true?
"Remembering me is painful Satoshi. And everytime you remember me, I'll cry in heaven."
"I don't want you to cry Sho."
He smiled again. The smile that was reserved only for me. The smile that gave life to me. He kissed me and leaned his head back on my shoulders. He breathed in and closed his eyes to a calm slumbering and whispers.
"Then when it rains, I'll be washing away the pain and sadness you feel until they are no more. And you'll remember that I love you."

Yes, it was a bittersweet story. But we all need that right? Life isn't always fruity and sweet, life is also mud and bitter. (do I make sense here? XD)

Date: 2014-11-18 02:15 am (UTC)Goodie then. I thought I was just blabbering about something incoherent again. LOL And Yea, the bad things highlights the good things. Just like in movies or any other works, the villians uplifts the character and image of the Hero.
YOU'RE GOOD! end of the conversation! I'd like to learn a lot from you sensei! <3
